We act as a contact partner for our customers to support them in questions regarding the production and refinement of complex sheet solutions. Use our know-how even in the development phase of your project and make use of our international resources.
Single and multi-layer sheets are manufactured on modern extruders. As well as PE, PP, EVA, BAW (bio-degrading materials) are processed.
In the flexi-print process, sheets and composites can be custom-printed with up to 10 colours. Exceptional results are achieved with the modern systems.
In the rubberising process, sheets are bonded with other materials, for example fleece. Using this process, we also produce, among other things, vapour barriers for well-known brands. Manufactured sheet solutions, such as bags, carrier bags, hoods, closure bags, etc. are partly manufactured in a fully-automatic process.
The requirements for a sheet depend on the application and can vary significantly. UV-resistance, sliding properties, static behaviour, aroma barriers, tear-resistance, etc. are just a few of the challenges to be mastered.
